The 2018 Reverse Vendor Fair which will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Eagan Community Center located in Eagan, Minnesota.

 

What Is A Reverse Vendor Fair? Unlike a traditional vendor fair, the MN NIGP’s Reverse Vendor Fair provides you, the vendor the opportunity to meet with contracting and procurement staff from state, county, municipal, and regional government agencies.  The representatives from the government agencies will be in the booths and you, the vendor, will be free to walk around and visit directly with those that solicit products and services for local government agencies.

How Do You Attend? Advanced registration and payment is required for attendance. You can register online at MN NIGP – Reverse Vendor Open House, register as a guest.

Vendor Fee with Advance Registration: $100.00

It is a $100 per Vendor Corporation with advance registraton. Vendor must successfully complete online registration and payment in advance of August 7th. If registration/ payment is not completed prior to the event, an ‘at door’ registration rate ($150) will apply.

Vendor Fee Without Advance Registration: $150.00

It is a $150 per Vendor Corporation without advance registration. If advance online registration/ payment is not completed, an “at the door” registration will be assessed.  At the door registrants will be expected to complete online registration and payment must be made by check (made payable to MN NIGP), or credit card.

Event Highlights: To date we have 18 different government agencies attending and a list of the participating government agencies is available on our MN NIGP – Reverse Vendor Open House website as well as listed in the documents section below. New this year will be two breakout sessions hosted by the Office of State Procurement (OSP). The breakout sessions will offer valuable insight on how to do business with the State, as well as, information and benefits of being a certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, or Veteran-Owned (TG/ED/VO) small business vendor with the State.
