Please join us for our first chapter meeting of 2019.

A hot breakfast will be served with networking starting at 8:30.

The agenda for the meeting will include the installation of new board members, awards recognition, and Matt Larson will be our guest speaker.

Mr. Larson has served as a leader and consultant over 20 years with many fortune 500 companies & many firms in the public sector designing & directing strategies focused on strategic change, innovation, organizational performance improvement & leadership talent development. He has extensive experience working domestically & internationally as a leader, business owner, instructor, coach, project practitioner, consultant, and engagement director with organizations across many industries.

Mr. Larson has led high profile enterprise-wide improvement programs & portfolios within product and service environments within the information technology (IT), telecommunications, financial services, education, government, mining, home services, industrial products, chemical & petroleum, consulting and banking industries across the entire value chain of an organization, including marketing & communications, sales, IT, human resources, operations, and finance. He has successfully designed & deployed enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma breakthrough strategies at Fortune 500 companies that have included funding & ROI models, P&L management, governance, change management, communication strategy, project pipelines, resource model, talent management, coaching & certifications, program metrics, training models, curriculum development, directing portfolios of process improvement teams and successfully training, mentoring and coaching Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, Black Belts, Master Black Belts, Project Champions and Sr. Executives.

He has held leadership positions at General Electric Capital, PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, IBM Global Business Consulting Services, and University of Minnesota. He received his Certificate of Innovation Studies at UMN Graduate School, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification at General Electric, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Mini MBA at University of St. Thomas & serves as adjunct faculty for University of Saint Thomas & University of Minnesota Duluth.
